I was disappointed with these shoes because they ran way smaller than expected. I ordered my usual size, but they were just too tight to wear comfortably. i’d appreciate an apology or some acknowledgment because the sizing felt really misleading.

I ordered a pair of shoes the shipping felt like it took forever. The tracking just sat there barely doing anything for days, which is always annoying because you keep checking it like that’s somehow going to make the package move. I was hoping to have them sooner, especially since I had a few things coming up, but they arrived much later than expected. The shoes were fine once they finally showed up, but the wait really put me off. Kind of reminded me of waiting on food delivery when you’re already starving and the map doesn’t move. I probably wouldn’t order from here again if I needed something quickly.

I tried shopping on jildorshoes.com it was frustrating. The pages were loading really slowly, the filters didn’t seem to work the way they should, and I kept having to go back because items would disappear or reset. Checkout on my phone also felt kind of clunky. I eventually just gave up. Maybe the shoes are great, but the website definitely feels like it needs some work, right?

The shoes themselves arrived in good shape, which is what matters most, but the box was completely smashed up when it got here. I get that packaging doesn’t have to be perfect, but you’d expect a shoe box to at least be protected enough to not show up crushed...

I ordered a black pair in size 8, but what showed up was a brown pair in size 7.5. It wasn’t even close to what I picked, so now I’m stuck dealing with a return for something that wasn’t my fault. I know mistakes happen, but it would’ve been nice to feel like the order was checked properly before shipping. this makes me a little hesitant to order from here again unless I know it’ll be handled better next time.

Just a lot of vague responses and no actual update. I get that refunds can take some time, but this has been ridiculous.
